SM 1000 - Double Head CNC Screwdriver

This screwing center is designed for screwing steel reinforcements into pvc profiles at very high speed.

• The conveyor of the machine automatically transports the PVC profiles to the screwing section.
• The length of the profile is automatically measured by the machine and the number of screws is determined automatically
• PVC profiles are automatically centered in the screw section
• The 2 tightening units under servo control carry out the tightening according to the program established by the operator
• When the screwing is finished, the exit conveyor automatically unloads the profiles, then the profiles are stored
• Uninterrupted screwing function with 2 PLC-controlled screw feed units positioned separately and easily accessible
• Automatic stop after the end of the tightening
• Safety sensors against misuse
• Long-term work with the chin support system
• Average screwing speed (for one head): 1.7 sec./piece x single head
• Technical support and troubleshooting with VNC remote connection
• Thanks to the HMI program, all error messages and system status can be observed on the screen
• All the movements of the axes of the machine are ensured by the linear bearing system – slide and rack – hardened pinion which ensure high precision and resistance.
