The ALCOR – II C 8-axis servo CNC profile machining and cutting center has been developed to perform all-in-one operations such as cutting, milling, drainage channel opening, punching, and marking on profiles, as well as to execute special non-standard operations (punching, channel opening, etc.) on different profiles. With its independently operating units, the ALCOR – II C is designed to offer maximum efficiency in minimal time.

Thanks to its capacity to feed 10 profiles, the conveyor structure allows for batch processing, enabling optimal use of the machine.

The cutting unit, equipped with a 550 mm diameter saw blade, allows for cutting at any angle between 30° and 150°, providing users with a wide range of cutting options.

Fourteen fan-cooled spindle motor units, which can operate and be positioned at different angles, provide unlimited operational capability on four surfaces of the profile.
